Classic Taste Taralli EVO are the most authentic expression of Apulian tradition. Prepared according to an ancient artisan recipe, they are double-baked, with boiling and subsequent browning in the oven, to guarantee perfect friability and an unmistakable fragrance.

The ingredient that makes the difference is the fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained exclusively from Apulian olives and cold-pressed in local mills. This gives the taralli a delicate and harmonious flavour, enhancing their authenticity and making them irresistibly fragrant.

Handmade exclusively for Amore di Puglia, these taralli are made without preservatives or additives, following a natural process that preserves all their quality. PREPARATION

Once the mixture of flour, oil, white wine and salt has been made, the dough rings first undergo a boiling phase and then baking in the oven. These two steps, carried out with care, give the product an excellent crispness and a crunchy browning.
