Our Hot Pepper Taralli Prepared according to the ancient Apulian recipe, they undergo a double baking process with boiling and subsequent browning in the oven, to guarantee an irresistible crispness and unmistakable fragrance.

Produced in an artisanal oven exclusively for Amore di Puglia, with no preservatives or additives, maintaining all the authenticity of handmade products. The addition of hot pepper gives a touch o balanced spiciness, which enhances the flavour without overpowering it, providing an intense and enveloping taste experience.

A truly artisanalproduct, far removed from mass distribution, designed for those who love decisive and genuine flavours. Perfect to enjoy alone or accompanied by mature cheeses and cured meats, for an aperitif with an authentically Apulian character.

The Hot Pepper fennel are crispy and tasty, prepared according to Apulian tradition.

The hot pepper gives the tarallo a pleasant spicy flavour and an intense Apulian aroma. Perfect at any time of day, ideal for a genuine aperitif or at the table as a bread substitute, taralli al peperoncino are a simple pleasure that is difficult to give up.

PREPARATION

Once the mixture of flour, oil, white wine and salt has been made, the dough rings first undergo a boiling phase and then baking in the oven. These two steps, carried out with care, give the product an excellent crispness and a crunchy browning.
