The railway museum of Puglia is located in Lecce. It is a real journey into the history of rail transport.
Wanted by a group of track enthusiasts, it was established in 1997.
Inside, you can explore the history of locomotives, from steam to the most recent electric ones. Children can climb on board and observe the operation of those steam monsters up close.
The final part of the museum is dedicated to modeling. Different types of trains will enchant adults and children in a Gulliverian journey through the most significant places of Puglia reproduced in scale on the model.
